Mill Yard is an all-electric site, featuring 460 m² of PV cells throughout. A large battery collects excess energy from PVs during hours of low demand, providing additional capacity when that demand is high. That means better operational efficiency, less reliance on the grid, and leads to better cost savings for the occupiers.

Our workspaces benefit from Air Source Heat Pumps which output up to four times the thermal energy than the electrical energy they consume. Hot tap water is generated efficiently and cold and hot air is supplied on demand to your workspaces, making sure you always feel at the optimum temperature.
